At the heart of our community arts organization are opportunities for students to engage with professional musicians and experience the joy of live performance. Both the Eastern Washington Wind Symphony and Isolation Big Band are deeply committed to mentoring young musicians and opening doors for all students.
Our Wind Symphony regularly partners with local schools, inviting student ensembles to perform on stage alongside us. These side-by-side concerts give students a rare chance to play with professionals, fostering both confidence and a deeper love for the arts.
Isolation Big Band also prioritizes education, offering workshops and side-by-side performances with students. Through these intimate performances, young musicians get a first-hand look at jazz improvisation, ensemble playing, and the power of live music.
